Employee Referral Program
Help us find talented people for open roles at Symantrix. When your referral is hired and stays on, you receive a bonus — with no limit on how many you can refer.
Symantrix Inc.'s Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage employers to refer qualified candidates for open positions at the company.
Any current Symantrix employee can make a referral. The candidate you refer must not already be an employee of the company.
A special bonus of $1,500 for every referral who is hired and stays at least 90 days. There is no limit on the number of referrals or bonuses.
If the same candidate is referred more than once, the first employee to submit the referral is recognized as the referring employee.
Referrals are submitted by email to the HR department. Here's exactly what to send.
Send your referral to hr@symantrix.com. Contacting HR directly is how every referral is submitted.
Write the subject as Referral — [Candidate name] for [Position], so HR can route it quickly.
Provide the candidate's full name, the position you're referring them for, their resume or contact info, and your name as the referring employee.
HR will reach out to the candidate. If they're hired and stay 90 days or more, HR will contact you directly to process your $1,500 bonus.
